2. Do I need design knowledge to create a book?
No. Our team takes care of everything from layout to final design.
3. How many photos can I upload?
Optimal Photo Range We recommend.
12 pages will contain 25–30 photos
24 pages will contain 50–55 photos
36 pages will contain 75–85 photos
48 pages will contain 95–100 photos
30 pages will contain 60-70 photos
4. What photo formats are supported?
JPEG, PNG and HEIC any other format confrim once wiih our team
5. Can I choose the order of photos?
By uploading them folder wise or renaming according to sequence 1 2 3.... if you want a prticular sequence
6. Can I add captions, names, or dates?
Yes, you can add titles, captions just send us the photo and what you want above/below it in the chat or make diff folders for diff days or cities to maintain the sequence
7. Can I choose the theme or design style?
Yes, we offer 3 Distinct Styles you can choose any one of them if you have anything ther then that in mind confirm with team first
8. Will I get a preview before printing?
Yes, you’ll receive a digital preview for approval before printing.
9. How many revisions are allowed?
2 Rounds of Edit are allowed post that each round will be charged extra at 199rs per round
10. What are the available book sizes?
A4 size and A5 size
11. What kind of paper is used?
High-quality premium glossy 300gsm paper suitable for long-term colour preservation and premium feel .
12. Is it a hardbound or softbound book?
Premium hardbound
13. What is the price of a photobook?

14. Are there any hidden charges?
No. All pricing is transparent. No delivery Charges
If customer wants express delivery that will be extra
15. When do I need to make the payment?
Payment has to be done prior Design starts atleast 50% as lot of effort from designer goes into every single book
16. How long does it take to design the book?
Design typically takes 1–2 working days after receiving all photos.
17. How long does delivery take?
Printing and delivery usually take 5-11 working days post design approval(Mainland India excluding J&K).
Express Delivery can be done at extra charges
18. Do you deliver across India?
Yes, we deliver pan-India.
19. What if I want changes after seeing the preview?
You can request revisions before final approval you 2 complimentary rounds of edits.
20. What if my book arrives damaged?
Just inform us we will replace it free of cost

22. Are my photos safe?
Yes. Your photos are kept private and used only for creating your book and will be deleted post delivery.
23. Will my photos be shared anywhere?
No. We never share or reuse customer photos without permission and will be deleted post delivery.
24. Can I gift a photobook to someone?
Yes, it makes a perfect gift for birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions.
26. Is COD available?
Partial Cod available pay the 50% amount now and 50% after the design/delivery.
